Create a Banner

 

1. Create an animated banner in Photoshop

2. It must be a minimum of 240px X 90px and a maximum of 728px X 90px

3. The banner must make a statement promoting a business, or organization

4. Make sure to test it in different browsers to assure compatability.

5. The animation must include at least one example of a position tween, a opacity tween, and a layer effect tween.
