Open Flash CS4
New...>Flash File (ActionScript 2)
Change the stage size to 640 X 480 in the Property Window
Choose a white background and 12 fps
Save it as lnRugrat.fla
Label Layer 1 as "Title"
With your "Pencil", choose, "Black Stroke", "3 Pt", "Solid", and "Ink" as a style - Write "GRC119"
Click on frame 2 then F7 (Add blank keyframe)
Select the "Onionskin Button"
Make sure the marker handles extend over both frames
With your pencil, trace over the original "GRC119" as closely as you can (it will not be perfect)
Go to frame 3, then F7
Extend handles over all 3 frames and trace again
Continue doing this until you have 10 frames
Save
Control>Test Movie
