Storyboards

Make storyboard layouts, so they will print comfortably on a regular sheet of paper (you don't have to print them however)

Make the overall canvas size in Photoshop 3000px X 2400px, Landscape, 300 ppi, cymk color mode, white contents

The cell boxes have to be the dimensions of width:height in a 4:3 ratio

We will use cells of 1200 X 900

Work out the numbers on paper first, then do the production

Make sure that the ruler is  showing.  If not View>Show Ruler.  If ruler is not in pixels, Right-click the ruler & scroll to pixels

Make sure the "info" panel is showing.  "If you don't see it , look in the window..." (Window>Info (F8))

Drag Guides to the appropriate coordinates

Lock your Guides,  View>Lock Guides

Turn on View>Snap To>Guides

With the rectangle tool, drag a rectangle inside the cell outline

Make sure the Foreground color is black

Edit>Stroke>6px, Outside, normal blending at 100% opacity

Drag marquee to next cell & repeat Edit>Stroke etc....

Save them as lnStoryboard.tif (ln = Last Name in lower case)
